Jessica Tubbs
Estate and Operations Management
Jessica Tubbs is a New York City-based operations and estate management professional whose diverse background includes roles at a healthcare-focused law firm, hedge fund, private family offices, the New York Jets, and Sotheby’s International Realty. She also founded her own academic consulting practice, helping students navigate some of the most important transitions of their lives.
A deep commitment to service is a constant in Jessica’s life. For twenty years she has worked with organizations focused on campus safety, conflict, tragedy, education, and support for vulnerable youth and families. She currently serves as an Associate Board Member of CASA-NYC. Previously, she held various volunteer positions at Tuesday’s Children, Minds Matter NYC, the International Rescue Committee’s GenR program, and served on the Junior Board Steering Committee at The Grace Institute. Twice, she ran the NYC Marathon in support of the Lead the Way Fund.
Jessica graduated from Villanova University with a degree in Political Science, Writing & Rhetoric Concentration, and an English Minor. In December 2026, she will complete a Master of Public Administration from the Cornell Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy. Jessica lives with her husband, John Babcock, on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and is devoted to their family, friends, and community. She is actively involved in local politics and an avid sports fan.
