Michael Frazier
Executive VP - SKDK
Michael Frazier is an executive vice president at strategic communications firm SKDK, where he supports corporate, crisis, and advocacy clients, as well as develops business and engages in leadership initiatives at the firm. Michael has more than two decades of communications expertise, spanning journalism, politics, marketing, advocacy, and business management.
He formerly served as executive vice president and deputy director for external affairs at the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, national spokesman for the Mike Bloomberg’s 2020 presidential campaign, and chief business officer and executive vice president for external affairs for Food Allergy Research and Education (FARE).
While Michael is an experienced communications and marketing executive, he deeply understands the national media landscape after a decade-long journalism career for the Associated Press, Newsday, and other newspapers. As a storyteller and longtime advocate for the 9/11 community, Michael served as executive producer and head of communications for an immersive film experience called “Lovebirds of the Twin Towers” that was featured at the Tribeca Film Festival.
Frazier earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, where he was a William Fulbright Scholarship recipient.
