Women’s World Peace Co-Founder, Odette Helou Chesnot, Ph.D. is a recipient of the Medal of the Order of Merit, France. She graduated from UFR des Sciences-Université Picardie-Jules Verne-Amens, l’Université Descartes Paris V and l’Université Pierre et Marie Curie- Paris VI with a degree in psychological trauma. She has consulted with the UN on issues impacting international victims of terrorism and is the founder of the Association of Victims of Terrorism – Lebanon (AVT-L) and the Association of Victims of Terrorism – Iraq (AVT-I).
