🌿 Mothers for Dignity: A Healing Retreat at Kripalu

Benefit from retreat & renewal with Dignity Beyond Borders.

November 2–5, 2025
Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Berkshire Mountains, Massachusetts

Dignity Beyond Borders is honored, in partnership with Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, to host a special retreat for mothers who have lost a child to an act of mass violence. Set in the tranquil surroundings of Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, this program will enable participants to make connections, learn ways to navigate the challenges of grief, and discover resources that aid in coping and healing.

Over the course of three days, participants will gather for morning and afternoon facilitated sessions that create space to share stories, reflect on the depth of loss, and find strength in community. Guided discussions will offer tools for navigating grief and exploring the possibility of reimagining the next steps in life after unimaginable tragedy.
